CAVAAN
The Ayr-Paris Band is
pleased to announce that the A cappella group Cavaan will be joining us
on our East
Coast Tour this summer!
This trio of friends has
been singing together since they were young, so it was natural that as
adults they began singing for audiences. Cavaan can be found at
Scottish festivals all over Southern Ontario.
The group consists of
sisters Barb Black and Jan Jackson, and lifelong friend Annie Cochrane.
The name Cavaan is derived from the county Cavan in Ireland, and the
group changed the spelling to soften the sound. Barb is also a
member of the Ayr-Paris Band.
